Pantera drum cover

As a celebration of Pantera’s “reunion” I decided to record my favorite track from their album “Far Beyond Driven” (1994). Pantera was a game changer and had influenced tons of metal and hardcore bands since then. Phil Aselmo’s outstanding vocal range and attitude, Dimebag’s unique riffing and Vinnie Paul’s tasty technique trademarked their one-of-a-kind style. I used to play this killer song back in 2001 with my band April and still to this day I love to play those galloping drum patterns and double paradiddles that Vinnie (RIP) plays here.
