Singing “A Strange Kind of Love” by Peter Murphy

Peter Murphy, singer of Bauhaus, is probably my favorite vocalist (in the podium along Brendan Perry of Dead Can Dance and Michel Gira from Swans), bragging one of the most beautiful and expressive voices I’ve ever listened to. I’ve been “singing” this song for so many years, trying to emulate his voice with all my limitations and  lack of technique, but  finally I gave it a try recording this video as an experiment just to hear myself from afar. With the insecurity of someone outside the comfort zone, I throw this test to the internet well, judge for yourselves.
